Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated via email.

Shipping Times

Standard Delivery (UK): 2–4 business days — Free on all orders
Next-Day Delivery (UK): Available for £2.99 if ordered before 4pm (Monday–Friday)
International Orders: 7–14 business days (customs or import delays may apply)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Standard delivery is free across the UK.
Next-day delivery is £2.99 when selected at checkout in the UK
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, SABRR cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs thereafter.
If your order is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the delivery carrier directly for assistance.
